Mercury Certified Marine Technicians – $100,000 - $140,000 yr
Location: Hayden, ID | Type: Full-Time | Hours: 40–50/week
Professional Marine is seeking experienced Marine Mechanics who take pride in their craft. If you’re skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and performance tuning on inboard, stern drive, and (optionally) outboard systems, this is your opportunity to join the best full-service marine center in North Idaho.
Hiring Mercury Certified Marine Technicians
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills on inboard, outboard, and marine systems
- Detail oriented, efficient and committed to quality workmanship and shop protocols

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair inboards, sterndrives, and long blocks
- Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and performance issues
- Perform maintenance, rebuilds, and inspections
- Collaborate with our service team to deliver top-tier results
- Identify and upsell necessary repairs for customer safety and reliability
What You Bring:
- 3+ years marine/mechanical experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Marine Detailer – $30/hr DOE
Location: Hayden, ID | Type: Full-Time | Hours: 40–50/week
Professional Marine is hiring a skilled Marine Detailer to help us raise the bar for quality in boat care. If you have experience with gel coat buffing, oxidation removal, and high-end detailing, join our team and work on everything from luxury wake boats to premium cruisers.
What You’ll Do:
- Restore gel coat finishes with professional-grade tools
- Deep clean exteriors and interiors (vinyl, non-skid, electronics, etc.)
- Prep boats for delivery in showroom-ready condition
- Assist with yard and facility upkeep as needed
What You Bring:
- 2+ years detailing experience (marine or auto)
- Skilled with polishers, buffers, and marine-grade products
- Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Dependable, motivated, and physically capable (lift 50 lbs)

Yard Help / Forklift Driver – $22/hr DOE
Location: Hayden, ID | Type: Full-Time | Hours: 40–50/week
Professional Marine is looking for dependable, hard-working support staff to keep operations running smoothly. This hands-on role involves forklift operation, boat handling, yard maintenance, and assisting with deliveries and pickups. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-minded, and want to grow in the marine industry — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate forklift to move boats in/out of service bays and storage buildings
- Assist with boat deliveries, hauling, and trailer transport
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and safe
- Support customers and coordinate with our service team
What You Bring:
- Forklift or trailer/boat transport experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors

Professional Marine is hiring a reliable Boat Cleaner to prep vessels for customer delivery. If you take pride in clean work, have strong attention to detail, and want to work around premium boats — this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-quality service team.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and detail boat interiors and exteriors before delivery
- Wipe down surfaces, vacuum, and inspect for final presentation
- Assist in prepping boats for transport and customer pickup
- Support yard team during slower seasons
What You Bring:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning/detailing experience is a plus (but not required)
